Must have 35% of lashes left, anything past the 3 week mark or too many lashes lost will be considered a full set
This fill is for foreign fills only!! (If you’re coming to me from a different lash artist and have 40% or more lashes still on) NOTE: some foreign fills may require full removal and full set if I’m not able to work over them
